Revit 2D (.rvt)
Revit is an efficient tool for floor space management and facility utilization studies. We begin by developing a Revit Architectural 3D model using your original 2D floorplans (PDF, DWG, or DGN). We convert the 2D floorplans into Revit format. The room data is then exported to MS Excel or other facility management software.
Deliverables:
- Revit RVT file
- PDF export (black and white)
- PDF export (color)
- MS Excel room data spreadsheet
Revit 2D Services:
- Revit Architecture (2021, 2022, 2023) – choose version
- Create 2D Revit Architectural model (floorplans only)
- Use default Revit families for objects (objects = walls, doors, windows, etc)
- For EACH model you receive the following file types: 2D model; PDF- 3D sheets; PDF – 2D sheet, MS Excel room list export
