Revit 3D BIM Model (RVT)
Our Revit 3D BIM Modeling Services convert your 2D floorplans, elevations, details, sections, interior elevations, and finishes into a 3D building model. Revit default families are used for architectural objects such as walls, windows, doors, furniture, cabinetry, etc. We can also create “custom” families to match your unique building systems, furniture and equipment. Revit 3D BIM models can be developed for all construction disciplines including architectural, structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and site work. The final 3D BIM Revit models can be rotated and viewed from various perspectives and be used to identify any conflicts between the building systems.
Option 1: Create 3D BIM Revit Model from scratch
A Revit 3D architecture model is developed based on your floorplans, elevations, details, sections provided. You choose the specific disciplines to be included in the 3D Revit model.
Option 2: Expand your existing Revit model
Additional disciplines can be added to your existing Revit 3D BIM model. For example, proivide your existing Revit Architectural background and we can expand the model to include mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) or structural.
Deliverables:
- Revit RVT file
- PDF export (black and white)
- PDF export (color)
- DWG or DWF exports (optional)

- Use default Revit families for objects (objects = walls, doors, windows, etc) or “custom” objects can be created based on your details, sections, finishes provided

- Extract 3D model into 2D sheet views (exported as DWG format – upon request)
